Automatic Contemporary 800 Press Filters

The AC series completes the range of traditional side beam filter presses produced by FILTRI FAZZINI.

  • Product Description

Modeled after manual and semi-automatic machines, the AC (Automatic-Contemporary) filter press stands out for its fully automatic operation and requires no operator intervention. It is designed for filtration cycles, both in process and purification plants, characterized by a low degree of filterability and therefore medium to long duration. The AC series is used exclusively in filter press versions equipped with automatic shakeout, namely the F800, F1000, F1200, and even the F1500, regardless of the machine length, making it suitable for both small and large plants. The AC series filters, based on the same operating principle as traditional filter presses manufactured by FILTRI FAZZINI, have been equipped with technical solutions that enable plate separation and simultaneous automatic separation of the spent cake. In fact, when a single plate is partially moved by the lateral carriages, a special plate shaking device with pneumatic pistons activates, allowing complete separation of the dehydrated cake. The high degree of synchronization and virtually continuous automatic operation, controlled and managed as standard by a Siemens PLC and monitored upon request by special optical sensors to control the cake fall, eliminate labor, resulting in significant savings in system management.
